Musically, this song is sparse, featuring nothing but a simple melodic backdrop. That is all this song needs. Jesse Lacey’s hypnotising, almost spoken vocals create a beautiful sound that could challenge anybody not to get lost in.

The lyrics of this song are so intense they’re almost tear jerking, as Lacey makes an emotional cry to the heavens; “Cause my bright is too slight to hold back all my dark, and this ship went down in sight of land, and at the gates does Thomas ask to see my hands”. Brilliant.
